Joel Foulds, better known as FOULDZY, is a Melbourne singer songwriter with roots that run deep in the country. Growing up around the bush and waterways of Lake Eildon, he cut his teeth on country music, but he’s never been one to stay in one lane. FOULDZY’s sound is country at heart, but he stirs in rock, pop, and anything else that brings the songs to life, making every track fresh, raw, and unmistakably his. For years, FOULDZY has been winning over crowds all across Australia with his high energy live shows, where twang meets grit, and country storytelling collides with big rock ‘n’ roll moments.
When he’s not playing with the full band, you’ll often catch him at a local watering hole with nothing but his six string and a room to win over. When he’s not on stage, or sinking a few cold ones up in Yarrawonga or back in Eildon, you’ll find him at Electric Circus Studios in Melbourne, the creative hub he built from the ground up. There, he works with up and coming artists, guiding them through writing, recording, and even filming music videos, helping the next generation find their voice and bring their stories to life.
Now, following the release of his EP south of somewhere and a packed launch show at the Leadbeater Hotel in Richmond, FOULDZY continued building momentum throughout 2026 with a string of new singles including Hey Darlin’, Separate Ways (Worlds Apart), House By The Lake, and Wheels On Fire (Another Highway Song).
With a brand new album currently on the way, FOULDZY kept carving out his own lane, country at its core.
